Counterpart International is seeking a Grants Manager for USAID-funded Civil Society Contribution to the Public
Policy Process program in Morocco. The program supports civil society organizations (CSOs) to contribute more
effectively to lawmaking and the public policy process, as well as the Government of Morocco to engage civil society
in developing, implementing, and overseeing public policy. The position will provide overall grant management for
Counterpart’s local partners. Under the supervision of the Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP), and with support from the
CSO Capacity Development Specialist, the Grants Manager will be responsible for the day-today management of the
grants program. The Grants Manager will ensure effective management and monitoring of the grants with a focus on
compliance with USAID rules and regulations. The Grants Manager should have relevant experience in grants
administration, program and financial reporting, and USAID rules and regulations.
